Warranty

VIPCOO 12-Month Warranty
All VIPCOO products and some components are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty for the original user. The frame and motor are warranted for one year, and the battery for 6 months. Other accessories/parts and wear and tear parts are not covered under warranty, such as the display, controller, etc.

Warranty Coverage
All defects related to product quality of products sold directly by VIPCOO are covered under the extended warranty.
Warranty claims for products purchased from authorized VIPCOO dealers and retailers (such as Walmart and Amazon, bicycle offline stores, etc.) are not handled by VIPCOO.

Battery (6-month warranty)
It is normal for battery capacity to decrease over time. This is not covered under warranty.
If the damage is caused by human error, warranty service will not be provided.
If the damage is not caused by human error, warranty service will be provided.

This limited warranty does not cover:
If the damage is caused by human error, warranty service will not be provided.
If the damage is not caused by human error, warranty service will be provided.
Damage caused by car accidents, water damage, and other natural disasters are not covered under warranty.

Complaint Procedure
All claims related to this warranty must be submitted through VIPCOO and sent to: support@vipcoo.com. Any warranty claim requires proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product. Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact us at support@vipcoo.com as there may be a simple solution to your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed by VIPCOO within one year of the initial purchase.

VIPCOO will not replace any parts without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. The customer must provide proof to us via email.

Shipping-Related Damage Claims

In rare cases, items received may be damaged during shipping. If there is shipping damage, please contact support@vipcoo.com and provide us with photo or video evidence.

Note: We do not accept shipping-related damage claims more than 7 days after receiving the product.

Repair Service

For repair services, VIPCOO will only provide free spare parts.

If all free accessories are scratched during transportation, they are not eligible for replacement or compensation.

 Limitation of Liability
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, VIPCOO shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data, whether such damages arise from a breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or based on any other legal theory, even if VIPCOO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Refurbished Products
We sell refurbished products here, which are returned products. Returned products are resold after repair.
Please note that refurbished products are sold at a special price and do not come with after-sales service or warranty. If repair or replacement parts are needed after purchase, you are responsible for purchasing the necessary parts.
