Refund policy

Order Cancellation

If you request to cancel your order before shipment, a 7% handling fee will be charged.
If you request cancellation after shipment, your refund will be deducted by the 7% handling fee plus shipping costs.
This timeframe begins when we receive your cancellation request, not when you submit it. Our business hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+8.

Returns

VIPCOO electric scooters, electric bicycles, and electric dirt bikes are eligible for return and refund requests within 14 days of receipt.Once the accessories/equipments/repair parts are shipped, they cannot be returned or refunded.

If the return is due to the consumer's fault, the consumer must bear the shipping cost, which will be based on the courier service you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not obligated to bear the shipping cost.
To ensure the integrity of returned items, your goods must be in the same condition as received, whether worn or unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
All product returns must be made in the original packaging. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted. If you insist on returning items without original packaging, an additional fee of 200 euros will be deducted.
To initiate a return, contact us at: support@vipcoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Product Integrity

Please inspect the integrity of your received items upon signing for your order. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take action. This is important.

Gifts

Gifts will ship separately with a delivery timeframe of 10 to 15 business days.
If you return the main product, you must also return the free gift. Otherwise, the gift's value will be deducted from your refund.

Accessory Products

Accessory products are special items. Cancellations before shipment incur a 7% handling fee. Once shipped, accessory orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded—including but not limited to purchasing the wrong part or no longer needing it.

Refurbished Products

Please note that refurbished products are sold at special prices and do not include after-sales service, warranty coverage, or support for returns/refunds. Should repairs or replacement parts be required after purchase, you are responsible for procuring the necessary components.
