Delivery Information

Free shipping is available for all EU orders, excluding mountainous and remote areas.

Due to logistics policies in certain countries, additional charges apply for shipments to Denmark and Sweden. If your order's delivery address is in these countries and you do not accept the extra fees, please do not place an order.

All shipments are delivered door-to-door via DPD, FedEx, DHL, or GLS.

Packages in stock ship within 1-2 business days.

Delivery typically takes approximately 2-7 business days after shipment.

Weekday Shipping
We ship only on weekdays. All in-stock orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.We do not ship on holidays or weekends; orders placed during these periods may experience delays.

Accessories ship from our China warehouse. Orders typically ship within 2 business days, with delivery taking approximately 10-15 business days.

Gifts ship separately with a delivery timeframe of 10-15 business days.

Delivery delays are normal during public holidays and peak shopping seasons like Black Friday and Christmas. Delays may also occur due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, floods, rain, snow, or tsunamis.
